Chet Epperson was a Lowden staff member in the late 1970s and was also a lodge chief in our Order of the Arrow lodge. He is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member. He is presently a member of the council executive board. In April 2006 Chet was chosen to be the new police chief for the city of Rockford (IL). |
