Camp Lowden 70th Anniversary Celebration
	Calling all current and former Camp Lowden Staff Members! The date for the Camp Lowden 70th Anniversary Celebration has been set! Saturday, September 4, 2010 is the date for the uniting of camp staff members, past and present (and their families), and to celebrate the camp’s 70th anniversary.
This will also coincide with the 100th anniversary of Scouting in the United States. (This is not an “invitation only” event and it is open to all.) If you are interested in being part of the celebration committee or helping out in any way, please contact us. We will need help in areas such as stuffing invitations, coordinating activities, registration, trading post, cooking, cleanup, setup, evening program, etc. Meanwhile, even if you are not able to attend (or not sure if you will be able to attend), please check our “lost staffer list.” If your name is on it, then we do not have current contact information for you. We would appreciate it if you would please contact us with your name, contact information, years on staff, and positions served so that we may update our records and keep you posted as to further camp developments, including the 70th Anniversary Celebration. If you have contact information for others who are on our “lost staffer list,” please let us know that as well. More details will follow in the months to come, but we wanted you to know now so you can be sure to put Saturday, September 4, 2010 on your calendar today!
